Falcon Investment Management announced the launch of two new development projects in Dęblin and Sandomierz and the expansion of an existing OTO Park in Kłodzko.
“The location of our next project is well-known to the residents of Dęblin and its surroundings as a long-standing shopping destination. We will bring a new quality to this spot, thanks to a modern building and a convenient parking lot for the maximum comfort of residents and visiting customers,” says Daria Górniak, Leasing & Asset Management Director. OTO Park Dęblin will have over 4,000 sqm GLA. A lease agreement with a grocery operator has been signed, and the commercialization of the remaining available space is nearing completion. The project is set to open in the second half of 2025.
Falcon Investment Management’s second new investment is OTO Park in Sandomierz. The building, with a floor area of 7,000 sqm GLA, will be located along the city’s main thoroughfare—Kwiatkowskiego Street. “We are extremely pleased that the project has already been positively received by tenants at the initial stage. This confirms our belief that Sandomierz is a city in need of a large retail project offering a full range of services, including fashion brands and a strong grocery operator. Another advantage is its location, providing easy access for residents and shopping convenience, which customers highly value these days,” notes Daria Górniak. OTO Park Sandomierz will welcome customers by the end of 2025.
Both projects align with Falcon Investment Management’s strategy of expanding into cities with high shopping potential but limited modern retail facilities. They are also part of the multifaceted expansion of the OTO Park network, which includes acquisitions and rebranding of retail properties, joint ventures with business partners, and proprietary development activities.
At the same time, in response to high tenant and customer demand, Falcon plans to expand the existing facility in Kłodzko. The project, acquired by the company in early 2024, underwent rebranding and now operates under the OTO Park Kłodzko name. The expansion of the retail area by over 1,700 sqm across two buildings will allow for the introduction of new brands and enhance the offer. The project is scheduled to be completed by mid-2025. OTO Park Kłodzko, along with the neighbouring Castorama home improvement store, will thus strengthen its commercial position in the city. “A retail complex has been established in Kłodzko that has been very well received by the market. Expanding the offer will increase its reach and complement the range with popular brands that have already expressed interest in the project,” claims Daria Górniak.
Since its inception, Falcon Investment Management has consistently developed the OTO Park retail park network, which comprises top-tier properties in their respective regions. New investments and expansions are an integral part of Falcon’s strategy to strengthen its position as a leader in the commercial real estate market. Currently, the company manages a portfolio of over 62,000 sqm of space in cities such as Koszalin, Bolesławiec, Golub-Dobrzyń, Sochaczew, Kępno, Grodzisk Wielkopolski, and Kłodzko. A project is under construction in Żagań, with additional projects in preparation across Poland.
