Philipp Plein and his business advisor, Carmine Rotondaro, have announced a multi-year agreement with real estate company X One LLC (S.H.P.K.) to establish Philipp Plein’s signature hospitality, entertainment, and dining formats in Albania.
X One, led by Ylli Ujka and Cesk Ivanaj, is a prominent Albanian company with strong ties to Italy. The partnership centres around the ambitious Grand Park Skyline project, set to redefine Tirana’s skyline and hospitality standards. Located on Rruga Adem Jashari, this iconic development will be built and operated at an unparalleled level of luxury.
Designed by renowned architect Valerio Olgiati, the Grand Park Skyline will include a Plein Hotel with over 150 rooms, 100 serviced apartments, a Philipp’s Lounge, the Sukaru Ba restaurant, and the Crystal Beach Club. Each feature will embody the Philipp Plein lifestyle, blending cutting-edge design with exceptional service.
This collaboration underscores the Philipp Plein brand’s expansion into the global hospitality and F&B sectors, aligning with X One’s vision of creating a landmark property that showcases innovative European architecture and style.
The project is expected to take five years, with an anticipated opening in 2030. The interior design and service offerings will reflect Philipp Plein’s vision, crafted in collaboration with his architects and team.
Philipp Plein, CEO of the Plein Group, expressed his enthusiasm: “We are thrilled to bring our brand’s unique lifestyle to this extraordinary project.
