Atradius, one of the leading insurers on the financial and debt collection market, has signed an agreement for the lease of around 1,500 sqm of office space in The Warsaw HUB. It is yet another big company from the BIFS industry which has chosen Ghelamco Poland’s project for its headquarters.
Atradius will occupy nearly 1,500 sqm of modern office space in tower B of The Warsaw HUB. The agreement has been signed for 7 years. The tenant will move into its new headquarters in June 2020.
“Atradius is an example of a business partner who shares with us key values such as focus on top quality of services, flexibility, and readiness to meet customers’ individual needs while using state-of-the-art technology. We are happy that the company has joined the prestigious group of The Warsaw HUB tenants, and we are convinced that our key project will fully meet the high requirements of the insurance industry leader,” says Jarosław Zagórski, Commercial and Business Development Director, Ghelamco Poland.
The transaction was supported by JLL, a consultancy which is the sole agent responsible for the lease of office and commercial space in The Warsaw HUB.
“The lease agreement that has been signed with Atradius yet again illustrates the business attractiveness of the Rondo Daszyńskiego area, which is one of the most in-demand office locations in Central and Eastern Europe. Currently, almost 400,000 sqm of office space is under construction in this part of Warsaw, and within two years Rondo Daszyńskiego’s total supply will exceed one million sq. m. We are happy that together with Ghelamco we have this opportunity to co-create one of the most interesting and popular office areas in CEE,” says Edyta Turowicz, Senior Consultant, JLL.
