Third stage of Outlet Park Szczecin is fully leased – EuropaProperty

The first Media Expert shop in Szczecin, a fitness club of the Befit Clubs chain and a Dom Lekarski medical centre are to be opened this year in the third stage of Outlet Park Szczecin. This stage of the project is already fully leased.

“The second as well as the third stage of the project have been fully commercialized long before the launch of the construction work. It confirms excellent location of the project and the success of adopted formula which involves combining an outlet centre, traditional shops and a retail park,” said Marek Gładki, director of the commercialization and marketing team in Echo Investment’s Shopping Centre Department.

Outlet Park Szczecin was opened in 2012 and since that time it has been breaking footfall records. “Its growing footfall and turnover result in the fact that after leasing the entire third stage we are starting work on the fourth stage of the project,” added Marek Gładki.

According to the schedule the construction work related to the third stage of the project is to start in April this year. The entire project is to be opened in Q1 2017 and the design work related to the fourth stage is to start in spring this year.
