TMS Inwestycje acquires the Holiday Inn Resort Warszawa Józefów

Greenberg Traurig represented TMS Inwestycje, a company owned by Tobias Solorz, in the transaction related to the acquisition of the 148-room Hotel Inn Resort Warszawa Józefów from Aquila Group. The transaction included both the real property and a stake in Aquila Hotele, the company that operates the Holiday Inn Resort Józefów.

The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Counsel Filip Janeczko, who was supported by Junior Associates Hanna Żaboklicka and Justyna Kozik. Local Partner Justyna Szwech was responsible for the aspects of the transaction related to the hotel property.  Associate Jakub Gajzler coordinated the due diligence process.
