Turawa Park receives building permit for expansion

The Shopping Center Turawa Park has received a building permit to proceed with the expansion, marking a significant step in the development plans. The upcoming stage of this project will incorporate an extra 10,000 sqm, expanding the total retail area of the shopping centre to 36,000 sqm.

The Shopping Center will commence the expansion, with the new section expected to open to customers in the second half of 2024. The expansion will be carried out according to the design by Czora. After the expansion is completed, Focus Estate Fund plans to introduce modern and eco-friendly solutions. One important step will be the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof after the renovation.

Maxim Shkolnik, General Partner of Focus Estate Fund, comments, “The current expansion will enable us to offer customers an even richer range of options, both in terms of diverse retail concepts and carefully selected brands. We are currently working intensively on selecting new tenants who will help create the most attractive offers for our customers. With a projected 25 percent increase in tenancy after the expansion, we anticipate that the total annual visitor count will exceed 3,000,000 customers per annum.”

The customers can shop in over 60 shops here. These include brands offering clothing, cosmetics, electronics, jewellery, and multimedia, as well as service providers such as travel agencies and florists. Visitors can also enjoy a meal in the dining area and make use of the fitness zone.
