Real estate advisory firm Savills has been appointed as sole office space letting agent for Innova Work Station (formerly Trinity Park II) and Signum Work Station (formerly Trinity Park III). Cooperation with Savills is part of the property owner’s new leasing strategy for the two buildings to capitalise on the rapid growth of the Służewiec area in Warsaw.
Innova Work Station and Signum Work Station will come onto the market as fully revamped properties. Their rebranding that includes renaming will be combined with upgrades and refreshed image, common and green areas around the two buildings. Details will soon be revealed by Cromwell Property Group, the Asset Manager of Innova Work Station and Signum Work Station.

Both buildings are located in Warsaw’s Mokotów district and offer a total of approximately 57,000 sq m of office space. Innova Work Station is at 3 Suwak Street (24,500 sqm) while Signum Work Station is at 49 Domaniewska Street (32,500 sqm). One of their greatest strengths is their proximity to a tram stop and terminus, and Warsaw Służewiec station with easy access to the Fast Municipal Railway (SKM) and Warsaw Commuter Railway (WKD).
