Alesonor gets financing for green homes near Bucharest
Alesonor has obtained financing of €21 million from Banca Transilvania for the first phase of the Amber Forest project near Bucharest. The money will support the development of 294 green homes.
Amber Forest will comprise around 500 green villas and 200 apartments. The first phase will cost around €57.5 million. The developer says it has already sold 350 green homes in the project.
“Amber Forest homes are a safe investment, reconfirmed by obtaining from Banca Transilvania the capital for the development of the first green, energy efficient villas and apartments,” said Alex Skouras, Alesonor’s Managing Partner.

Modesta advises Siemens Energy on property sale in Linz
Modesta Real Estate was exclusively commissioned with the management of the sale of a multifunctional property of Siemens Energy Austria. The operational property was sold to IFA (Institute for Investment Advice) through a structured bidding process.
The site, which has a total area of approx. 7,200 sqm including three office buildings, a production hall and generous open spaces, has attracted the attention of many interested parties.
“The site in Linz convinced us especially because of its multi-layered potential. Both the location and the possible uses allow for a variety of concepts,” says DI Michael Baert (CEO IFA AG).

Bevo joins the group of MLP Poznań West tenants
Bevo, a leading seller of plumbing supplies has leased more than 23,000 sqm at the MLP Poznań West logistics park. Once completed and BREEAM certified, the facility will be handed over to Bevo in November this year. The transaction was completed through BNP Paribas Real Estate. The general contractor for the project is W.P.I.P.
