VAN GRAAF, one of the biggest multibrand fashion houses, has chosen Galeria Mlociny as the location of its new store in Poland. The retailer, which offers collections of well-known international brands is a valuable part of the fashion offer at Galeria Młociny, a modern retail and entertainment complex situated in one of the prime locations in Warsaw. VAN GRAAF will open a store of almost 3,000 sqm.

Currently we’re pleased to announce that VAN GRAAF, a major player in the world of fashion, has chosen Galeria Młociny as the place to open its new store. Our new tenant is well known for its self-assured style and offers high-quality basics, designer collections and young, trendy labels. We will soon be announcing new lease agreements with fashion retailers,” said Michał Masztakowski, Development & Leasing Director at Master Management Group.
VAN GRAAF has quickly established its position in Europe by locating its stores in the largest cities in Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic and Hungary. In 2016 the company launched its online store in Poland.
The planned total area of the complex is 220,000 sqm (around 70,000 sqm GLA). It will offer stores of well-known brands (approx. 220 retail units), a 9-screen CINEMA3D, a Calypso Fitness Club, over a dozen restaurants and cafes and the first Delikatesy Alma in this part of Warsaw. Fashion retailers who have already signed with Galeria Młociny include Inditex brands Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius and Oysho as well as Zara Home which offers interior design. The complex will provide 2,000 parking spaces.
