Velis Real Estate Tech partners with AmRest to Implement Singu FM Software

Velis Real Estate Tech, one of Europe’s fastest-growing PropTech SaaS companies, has partnered with AmRest. This leading European multi-brand restaurant operator manages brands such as KFC, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, and Burger King. The company has implemented the Singu FM system in the Czech Republic, Poland, and Hungary as part of this collaboration.

The first deployment of Singu FM, Velis’ flagship system, took place in 2022. This innovative facility and maintenance management software optimizes daily building operations, enhances safety and security measures, boosts efficiency, and ultimately increases value. After the Czech Republic, the system was also deployed in Poland and Hungary in the first half of 2023.
