VeloBank finances the Symfonia Praga development in Warsaw

VeloBank is supporting another significant residential project in the capital. This time, the bank has provided PLN 90 million in financing for the Symfonia Praga project in Warsaw’s Praga-Południe district. The development is being delivered by Grupo Lar Polska, part of Spanish group Grupo Lar, together with Lithuanian developer Galio Group as part of a joint venture. The project will comprise more than 150 higher-standard apartments, adding to Warsaw’s residential offering.

The development by Grupo Lar Polska and Galio Group is another example of a residential project that responds to the growing demand for high-quality homes in well-connected parts of the capital. The financing is in line with VeloBank’s strategy of supporting development projects undertaken by experienced domestic and international investors.

“Praga’s Kamionek is a neighbourhood with a unique history that has undergone a dynamic transformation in recent years. Former industrial areas are gradually giving way to new residential and commercial development, while preserving the district’s distinctive character. The project on Owsiana Street, being delivered by experienced partners, forms part of the development of one of the capital’s most attractive and best-connected districts,” says Piotr Sztembartt, Director of the Developer Financing Department at VeloBank.
