GTC Bulgaria has signed an agreement with World Bank for lease of 4,000 sqm in Advance Business Center II office building, which is currently in the construction phase and due for delivery in Q4 2020. Advance Business Center II will consist of ten office floors with a total area of 17,000 sqm and three underground levels with 279 parking lots.
