Panattoni has achieved a significant milestone in the development of its flagship project, the Wrocław South Logistics Hub. A recent contract will see one of its current tenants, a prominent e-commerce operator, substantially increase its leased space by an additional 125,000 sqm. Following this expansion, the tenant will occupy 180,000 sqm of the total planned 250,000 sqm area.
As the world’s leading industrial real estate developer, Panattoni continues to advance its Wrocław South Logistics Hub. The new agreement will expand the tenant’s footprint from 55,000 sqm to nearly 180,000 sqm, constituting 70 percent of the park’s ultimate area. This expansion includes leasing Hall B, approximately 91,000 sqm, and Hall C, around 34,000 sqm, starting in November. The new facilities will feature advanced automated systems tailored for e-commerce warehousing and aim for an Excellent rating in BREEAM environmental certification.

This strategic location enables efficient distribution throughout Poland and quick access to Western Europe, with delivery times to the Czech and German borders under two hours, adding significant value for e-commerce and logistics companies.
