3,500 sqm for ABlogic in SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków – EuropaProperty

ABlogic, a leading carpet lining trader, has become a tenant of SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków. In line with the signed contract, the company will move into 3,500 sqm of modern warehouse space at the beginning of H2 2014. The location and commercial conditions were secured by JLL.

Magdalena Szulc, SEGRO Business Unit Director Central Europe, commented: “The region of Central Poland is very attractive due to its geographic location and the access to road infrastructure. Stryków itself benefited mostly from the opening of the A1 and A2 motorways junction, as the location became more attractive for the tenants in terms of transportation possibilities. We are certain that strategic advantages of SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków will positively boost further development of ABlogic and will be beneficial for the company.”
