A. Blikle appoints C&W as its agent – EuropaProperty

Cushman & Wakefield has signed an agreement to represent A. Blikle. The agreement provides for advisory services regarding the brand’s expansion, search for new store locations and lease renewals.

Founded in 1869, A. Blikle has been managed by successive generations of the family of its founder Antoni Kazimierz Blikle for nearly 150 years. It has a chain of 24 cake shops and coffee houses across Poland, including in Warsaw and its vicinity, Katowice, Kielce and Częstochowa.

Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for representing A. Blikle in Poland. This involves looking for new store locations, negotiations of lease renewals and development of its expansion strategy in Poland.

Szymon Łukasik, Associate, Retail Department of Cushman & Wakefield, said: “The A. Blikle cake shop is a symbolic place and a regular destination on the Royal Route in Warsaw.
