WearCo, the owner of Answear.com, is to lease around 41,000 sqm of warehouse space in a new development. The e-commerce specific building in 7R Park Kraków will be completed in Q2 2019. The facility will be built to suit specific occupier’s needs.

The warehouse will also be used for Medicine, one of BrandBQ’s brands, for their e-commerce activity as well as for over 90 stationary shops in Poland as well as wholesale distributers in Poland and abroad.
7R delivers facilities fully in accordance with the customer’s specific needs. Part of the building will be higher than the developer’s standard specification, which will enable constructing a multilevel racking structure on the mezzanine. This will allow larger storage area and assembling wide range of goods. The warehouse will be also equipped with conveyors and sorting machines that will significantly improve the efficiency of operations. Such modern infrastructure and other solutions will help the customer strengthen their leadership in e-commerce.

7R Park Krakow is located within the Wieliczka Zone of Economic Activity. The perfect location at the A4 motorway enables distributing products around Poland and the neighbouring countries. The close vicinity of the ring road on the east side of Kraków significantly eases access to the city centre.
7R Park Kraków consists of seven A-class warehouses totalling of 130,000 sqm. Further 52,000 sqm is currently under construction. The park will comprise over 180,000 sqm after completion.
