Due to high quality equipment and modern solutions implemented, the look and functionality of the facility are very inviting. The hotel is occupying more than 12,000 meters square in total and offering accommodation of 162 rooms.

Grzegorz Kaleta, Director of Hotel Advisory and Technical Advisory at Apleona GVA agreed priorities and concept of the project with the owner (Union Investment) and the operator (Carlson Rezidor). He was fully responsible for the project from A to Z, including preparation of the detailed design with choosing elements of equipment, materials, colors, fit-out, coordination of purchase tenders and the budget.

“Regarding many years of my experience in hospitality business, I find construction of SPA facility as one of the most challenging among the other hotel facility works. It is because of the complexity of the project and necessity to combine a lot of specific equipment together. Moreover, all works have to be done on a “living” organism – fully operational hotel property,” he commented.
