Apleona GVA expands Technical Advisory Team – EuropaProperty

Jarosław Malik has recently joined Technical Advisory team taking the position of Senior Project Manager.

Jarosław studied architecture in Germany and is a licensed architect in Germany and Poland. As an experienced project manager and technical advisor Jarosław throughout his career managed multiple projects of retail parks and shopping centers for such notable development companies like TREI Real Estate Poland (member of Tengelmann Group Germany) and Raiffeisen Evolution Project Development.

In Apleona GVA he is responsible for project management, project development and technical advisory.

The other members of the Technical Advisory team are Grzegorz Kaleta and Patrycja Wilczak.

Grzegorz, Director of Hotel Advisory and Technical Advisory, is an engineer with various group of ISO, SEP, UDT, marine, civil certifications. As an experienced engineering director, currently he focuses mostly on technical advisory and project management in hospitality industry. Under his management there are several hotel assets placed in prime locations in Poland and of recognizable operator brands such as Radisson, Sheraton, Hilton or Accor.

Patrycja, Project Manager, has more than nine years of experience in real estate sector, as a qualified project and property manager with several technical certifications and multi scope overview on the property lifecycle. She is managing office and industrial spaces. In her portfolio one might find cooperation with such customers as – among others – IFP Erste Immobilienfonds, Mercedes-Benz, Immofinanz.
