Apsys announces Ogrody Staromiejskie apartments in Wrocław

Located in the very centre of Wrocław, right next to the Main Railway Station, the Ogrody Staromiejskie investment is a combination of a bustling city and a green area. Two new tenement houses will be built in the post-industrial areas between Stawowa and Kościuszki streets, and the existing one will be fully revitalized. A total of 66 comfortable apartments of various sizes will be created.

The investment is being carried out by Apsys Stawowa, a company belonging to Apsys Polska. Like all Apsys projects, the investment will be implemented by the idea of sustainable development – from the design stage through modernization and construction works. The Apsys standard is ecological certification already at the design stage – this will also apply to the investment.

“By restoring post-industrial areas, we not only create new places to live but also enliven this part of the city by introducing greenery into it. We will make sure that there are modern solutions that reduce the negative impact on the natural environment and ensure the comfort of future residents. Through a sustainable approach, this space will regain its former importance, becoming an integral part of the dynamically developing Wrocław,” says Katarzyna Dziurnikowska.

The project was developed by the local studio Łapacz Winkowski Architekci. “It was very important for us that the studio carrying out the project knew the city well and had experience in revitalization projects. Hence the choice of Łapacz Winkowski,” says Katarzyna Dziurnikowska, Investment Director of Apsys Polska. “At Apsys, we always treat each project very individually and we try to cooperate with local companies that know the area well. This is also how we operate when implementing investments in Stawowa.”
