AT Capital sells land plot in Warsaw to Dantex and Cavatina

Greenberg Traurig represented AT Capital in the sale of a real estate property situated at the intersection of Grzybowska and Żelazna in the Wola district of Warsaw, one of the most prestigious locations in the city, to the Dantex and Cavatina development group companies acting in the consortium.

The property will be developed with the Liberty Residence, designed as a high-rise project offering about 700 residential units.

Greenberg Traurig also advised AT Capital on the acquisition of the property from Golub Gethouse group company completed in 2023.

The Greenberg Traurig team was co-led by Partner Agnieszka Stankiewicz and Senior Associate Samanta Wenda-Uszyńska. Local Partner Maciej Kacymirow and Associate Mateusz Rogulski were responsible for the tax aspects of the transaction.

Partner Agnieszka Stankiewicz supervised all work on the transaction.
