Bird & Bird’s Warsaw office advises on the acquisition of a logistics park in Southern Poland – EuropaProperty

Bird & Bird’s Warsaw office lawyers advised Exeter Property Group, an international investment fund on the acquisition of a logistics park in Sosnowiec (Silesia region, Poland) from the Polish listed company Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych S.A.

The property contains a logistics centre consisting of, i.a., three warehouse halls with a total area of 35,000 sqm, rented to a large group of tenants.
