When completed Grunmanna Office Park will offer around 48,000 sqm of office space, more than 1,000 sqm of green terraces, outdoor areas and social spaces.

The project will provide 1,100 sqm of green terraces. The central courtyard will be integrated with ground-level services so tenants can enjoy a quick lunch, energising coffee, or refreshing drink indoors or outdoors, surrounded by soothing nature at any time of the day.
Grundmanna offices will offer a blend of efficiency and life balance. Offering 48,000 sqm of office space, the complex will consist of two 7-storey buildings connected by a green patio, more than a thousand above- and below-ground parking spaces, green infrastructure and numerous amenities for tenants. Flexible co-working spaces of a higher standard have been designed in the buildings. The ground floors will provide retail and services, including restaurants, cafés, a laundry, a hairdresser, a florist or a parcel machine.
The Cavatina Holding team of architects is responsible for the design of the complex. The developer plans to fulfil the requirements for BREAAM and WELL Health-Safety Rating certifications.
