CBRE gains new instruction for new shopping centre in Moscow, Riga Mall – EuropaProperty

CBRE is now the exclusive leasing and marketing agent for a new shopping and entertainment complex in Moscow, Riga Mall.

The customers of the new shopping complex live mostly in the Western and Northwestern parts of Moscow as well as in town of Krasnogorsk and in multiple villages on the Novorizhskoye highway. There are more than 1.2 million people living around the shopping complex. It will be opened to public in Q3-Q4 2015.

The total leasable area of the complex is 80,000 sqm. A car park for 3,000 cars will be constructed for the customers of Riga Mall. The developer of the project is Riga Mall Ltd, a professional development company that will take an active part in the leasing process together with CBRE.
