Another international brand chooses Oxygen Park in Warsaw. Certis Belchim, a global manufacturer of crop protection solutions, adds to the tenant roster of the complex, owned by Golden Star Group.
“We are extremely happy that our comprehensive strategy focusing on the re-commercialization of Oxygen Park has proved to be successful and another business has decided to choose our complex for its new head office. A flexible approach to the tenants’ needs, location in the Aleje Jerozolimskie corridor, and a convenient connection with other areas of Warsaw, as well as modern and environmentally friendly office space are amongst the most appreciated hallmarks of Oxygen Park. We are happy that Certis Belchim, a company with an established, robust position in its industry, found Oxygen Park reliable and decided to move to our office building,” said Katarzyna Marciniak, Asset Operational Manager at Golden Star Estate.
“We are looking forward to cooperating with Golden Star Estate. Oxygen Park offers a unique combination of modernity and nature in the heart of a big city. We do believe that the perfect location and a wide array of amenities offered by the facility makes it the right choice for our company,” commented Michał Walachowski, Country Manager, Certis Belchim.
