Colliers International, a leading commercial real estate advisory firm, has started a strategic partnership with Office App – the Dutch platform implementing smart solutions for office buildings. From now on, this comprehensive tool will also be available for tenants and owners of office buildings in Poland.
“I am looking forward to the partnership with Office App and to our joint activities in the real estate market. Thanks to the combination of our competences we will be able to jointly introduce innovations to Polish office buildings, as well as develop new functionalities, improving workplaces and increasing its flexibility,” says Renata Hartle, Flex Office Strategy & Technology Solutions Manager at Colliers International.
Colliers conducted a multi-stage analysis of the global PropTech market, where Office App was evaluated as one of the most advanced platforms for comprehensive office management. The Office App system was created in 2014 and since then it has been continuously increasing its capabilities by integrating with many new technologies. The app already operates in many buildings in the Netherlands, Great Britain, Switzerland and Germany. Now, thanks to the partnership with Colliers, Office App will be available also in Poland.
The application for building users has nearly 70 functionalities, including mobile access to the office, space navigation, smart parking, guest registration, communication between users, access to services with in-app payments, as well as image recognition of the reports issued via application or desk and room booking. We tailor the scope of the system to individual tenants’ needs and technological capabilities of the property, as well as adjust it to the client’s strategy.
“Such tools are becoming even more important nowadays that we are struggling with the COVID-19 pandemic. Companies must follow strict procedures to ensure that their premises are safe for employees and to enable business continuity. The Office App makes it much easier for them – it allows to manage the office, for example, by blocking individual workstations or excluding areas of increased risk, to moderate external access through the remote check-in function, and to communicate new rules and guidelines for safe work to employees,” says Renata Hartle.
The Office App will soon make its debut in the Colliers Warsaw office, which will also become a place to test new platform functionalities before introducing them to the market. Clients interested in the app can already get the live demo on how the system works. Colliers’ new offer is addressed not only to tenants but also to property owners and developers who want to increase the attractiveness of their facility.
“Cooperation with Colliers is for us a natural synergy of experiences and gives an opportunity for further development. We want to create new trends in the office market together and provide high-quality solutions”, says Iain Thompson, Chief Commercial Officer in Office App.
