CTP, one of the largest developers and managers of Class-A industrial and logistics spaces in Romania, welcomed Tuborg Romania to its new 10,300 sqm facility at CTPark Bucharest North, for a 5-year lease. The dedicated unit will be customized to meet customer needs.
Tuborg Romania is thus expanding its existing storage space in order to ensure operational growth and efficiency of the distribution process in Bucharest and in the country. The new warehouse will become operational in January 2022 and will be the main distribution point for all alcoholic and non-alcoholic products in the company’s portfolio.

In less than a year, we managed to lease 85 percent of the first building, and we already have demand for the next one. Tuborg, one of the most important beer producers in Romania, chose CTPark Bucharest North to expand its logistics spaces from which it ensures distribution throughout the country. The transaction was advised by real estate consultancy company Cushman&Wakefield Echinox. “We are honoured to have contributed to a new successful lease transaction on the logistics and industrial market involving two representative players in Romania. CTPark Bucharest North was developed following an investment of over €65 million and represents one of CTP’s premium locations in Romania.
