The office tower Equator IV developed by Karimpol Polska at Aleje Jerozolimskie 100 in the Warsaw district of Ochota has two new tenants: the medical company Edwards Lifesciences Poland and Kantyna with a coffee bar of the VIEN-WAR chain. Karimpol was represented by the consultancy JLL in the negotiations with Edwards Lifesciences Poland. The tenant was represented by CBRE.
Edwards Lifesciences Poland will take up 416 sqm of space on the 11th floor of Equator IV. Established in 1958, the company has its headquarters in California. Edwards Lifesciences provides medical products and technologies in nearly 100 countries around the world. The Polish branch of Edwards Lifesciences focuses on special equipment for hospitals, including medical products and devices.
Kantyna, a part of the Vien-War chain, will operate on the ground floor, taking up 510 sqm of space. Vien-War Sp. z o.o. is a food operator established in 1992. It provides food solutions at the work place. The company offers tasty, healthy, home-made meals.
Equator IV is the Karimpol Group’s fourth project in the Equator Office Park at Aleje Jerozolimskie and a part of the Group’s portfolio together with Equator II. Equator IV opened for business in June 2018. The tenants include First Data, a leading global provider of payment technologies (4,600 sqm); Colian, a producer and distributor of confectionary, culinary products and beverages (900 sqm); the Warsaw-based serviced offices operator Inoffice Group (1,500 sqm); the open technology leader Linux Polska (570 sqm); and the fitness club chain ZDROFIT (1,662 sqm).
Equator IV is an A class office building with a total space of nearly 35,000 sqm, including 20,130 sqm of office space for lease and 682 sqm on the ground floor dedicated to commercial and service outlets as well as a canteen. It is the fourth office property in the Aleje Jerozolimskie complex and the eighth investment project of the Karimpol Group in Warsaw. The building features 7 elevators, 226 car park spaces in four underground levels, 78 bicycle racks, as well as showers and locker rooms for bikers. Another 40 car park spaces are available in front of the building. The office building and the entire area are fully equipped for the needs of persons with disabilities. Equator IV is a BREEAM certified building (Very Good). The building has been designed by the architects APA Wojciechowski.
