Fresenius Kabi, a leading pharmaceutical company specializing in fluid therapy and clinical nutrition, has renewed and expanded its lease agreement in Diamond Business Park Stryków. Experts from JLL represented the tenant during the renegotiation of lease terms.
Following the expansion, Fresenius Kabi will now occupy a total of 13,000 sqm of warehouse space (3,400 sqm more than previously).
“Fresenius Kabi’s expansion in Diamond Business Park Stryków can be put down to two things, the company’s rapid development, and the attractive lease terms offered by the warehouse park. Location of the project was also of crucial importance as it is situated relatively close to our customer’s factory in Kutno. The warehouse itself is located in one of the best locations for logistics in the country. Diamond Business Park Stryków’s close proximity to the A1/ A2 motorway intersection contributes to the efficient distribution of goods both domestically and internationally,” explained Paulina Dziubińska, Associate Director, Industrial, JLL.
Diamond Business Park Stryków logistics centre consists of two warehouses with another in the planning stage. Target leasable space will be 160,000 sqm. The investment also includes office space, which can be adapted to a client’s expectations.
