GH Development acquires plot in Warsaw’s Ursynów district

GH Development, a Belgian developer operating on the Polish market, has purchased from Multikino S.A. a plot of land in Warsaw’s Ursynów district at 60, Aleja Komunik Edukacji Narodowej 60. An area of over 1 ha has joined the developer’s land bank in Warsaw. In the future, a complex of residential and service buildings will be built on the plot.

The investment is characterized by an excellent location in the very centre of Warsaw’s Ursynów, next to the Imielin metro station. Nearby there is a complete urban infrastructure with access to many social and educational institutions.

“On the purchased plot, we plan to develop an open housing estate of 300 apartments. The investment will have a mixed character, where the residential function will be supplemented with service and commercial spaces. Our main idea is to implement a generally accessible investment in which commercial spaces will be universally and attractively adapted to the needs of the residents of the estate and the surrounding area. We are currently starting preparatory work related to the design. Soon we will be able to share details related to the selected architectural concept,” said Aleksandra Żuralska, Country Manager GH Development.
