GH Development starts residential development in Włochy

The construction of the Orzechowa residential investment in the Włochy district in Warsaw has started. The newest project in the portfolio of the Belgian developer, GH Development, will deliver 114 apartments and 7 commercial premises to the capital’s real estate market. Completion of the project is planned for the beginning of 2026. The general contractor of the investment is SPS Construction.

“We are glad that our latest project, Orzechowa, will be built by an experienced general contractor who has completed many housing estates in Warsaw. We want the investment to be completed on time and we are sure that such an experienced partner will guarantee this. Work is currently underway to prepare the construction site. We expect the investment to be completed in the first quarter of 2026,” said Piotr Witczak, Head of Construction at GH Development.

The estate will be built at 3 Orzechowa Street in the Włochy district of Warsaw. This dynamically developing part of the city is characterized by good service and educational infrastructure. In turn, the excellent location and short distance of the investment from public transport stops will provide convenient access to office centres, shopping malls and other districts of Warsaw.

In addition to the already launched projects, GH Development is working on preparing further investments in the capital. The company implements a business strategy based on modern and innovative residential investments in attractive locations. In Warsaw, GH Development plans to build over 2,100 apartments. The developer is also expanding its land resources for the implementation of new investments.
