Ghelamco and Manova Partners have announced the signing of the final sales agreement for Building A in the VIBE office complex (Phase I), located in the heart of Warsaw. The building offers 15,000 sqm of office space and ranks among the most modern and sustainable developments of its kind in Poland. It is fully leased, with tenants including well-known and prestigious companies such as Reckitt Benckiser, Rödl & Partner, MDDP Outsourcing, Porsche and Knight Frank.
“VIBE is a unique project in Ghelamco’s portfolio – combining cutting-edge sustainable technologies, full commercialisation and an excellent location in Warsaw’s rapidly developing business district. We are pleased that our partners at Manova recognised these qualities, which were key in their investment decision. We warmly congratulate them on their choice and are convinced that VIBE will remain a valuable asset, offering high-quality office space for many years to come. Importantly, this deal reflects the return of core investors to the Polish office market, with quality as the top priority in a long-term investment perspective,” said Jarosław Zagórski, Managing Director of Ghelamco Poland.
“This transaction reflects our ambition to invest in high-quality assets in prime locations. We strongly believe in the value of Poland, and Warsaw in particular, as an investment destination. With the acquisition of VIBE A, we now manage five office properties in Warsaw on behalf of various entities and funds, while further developing our 20-year track record in Central and Eastern Europe. In total, we have completed transactions worth over €4.1 billion in the region and manage a portfolio of 34 properties with a 97% occupancy rate,” said Katarina Horvathova, Head of CEE Transactions at Manova Partners.
