Gleeds Ukraine, part of Gleeds Group, one of the world’s leading management and construction consultants with over 130 years of experience and offices worldwide, announced the receiving of a BREEAM assessor licence.
Recently Tetiana Kanashchuk, Gleeds Ukraine Sustainability Advisor, was licensed under BREEAM International New Construction 2016 scheme and listed on Greenbooklive, online reference database of environmental services and products recognised by BRE Global.
BREEAM is the world’s foremost environmental assessment method and rating system with over 500,000 buildings certified and over two millions registered for assessment in 81 countries since its launch in 1990. Currently there are three buildings certified in Ukraine: two in Lviv (office building and shopping centre) and one in Kyiv (office building). Several schemes are registered for certification.
