GTC becomes a double winner in the CEE Investment Awards 2017 – EuropaProperty

At the 7th Annual CEE Investment and Green Building Awards Gala GTC was awarded in two esteemed categories of the competition. GTC was recognized as “Retail Developer of the Year” and applauded for Galeria Północna which was acclaimed as the “Retail Project of the Year”.

The contest organized by EuropaProperty recognizes and honors business and development excellence in the CEE region’s investment sector. Impressed by the company’s achievements, the prominent jury decided to expand GTC’s awards’ portfolio by the two prestigious statuettes.

“We are extremely proud and grateful to be distinguished in such a renowned competition. After very intensive 25 months spent on construction of Galeria Północna we are happy to be ensured that our dedication is acknowledged by others from the market. CEE Investment and Green Building Awards statuettes were handed out in 43 categories for companies active in CEE region for their operations and transactions concluded from Q4 2016 to Q4 2017. The official Gala was held on October 26th in the Intercontinental Hotel in Warsaw.
