Hines, the international real estate firm, has announced the start of construction at Graffit, a project to be developed in the Warsaw district of Mokotow. WARBUD is the general contractor.
“Hines goes for the best solutions and reliable partners at every stage of the Graffit project,” said Marcin Ratajski, Project Manager, Hines. “The enormous potential, as well as competitiveness of the Warsaw office market, motivates us to provide the best quality that will meet expectations of the most demanding tenants,” he added.
The full planning permission for Graffit was issued in October 2015. Construction works have just started, with the handover scheduled for spring 2018.
“The trust Hines has put in us is testament to our experience and professionalism. We are convinced that our partnership will flourish, and that Graffit will become a key asset on the office map of Warsaw, as well as in our portfolio,” said Wojciech Gerber Member of the Management Board, WARBUD S.A.
Graffit will provide tenants with 18,550 sqm of Class A space on seven stories and a three-story underground car park. Architectural plans for Graffit were designed by the Polish branch of London-based Rolfe Judd. Graffit will be certified at least VERY GOOD against the BREEAM In-Use scheme.
