The paper and visual advertising media distributor Igepa is expanding its cooperation with MLP Group. Under the newly concluded agreement, the company has rented approximately 7,650 sqm at the MLP Łódź complex. Around 330 sqm will be used for modern offices and a showroom, while the remaining space will be designated for warehousing purposes. The consulting firm Newmark Polska represented the tenant in the search for space and lease negotiations.
Igepa Polska has been associated with MLP Group since 2013, when it leased approximately 3,200 sqm of space at MLP Pruszków II, later expanding its operations within this logistics centre. The company is one of the leading distributors of paper and media for visual advertising. It has been operating in Poland for 30 years and is part of Igepa Group, a successful European distributor with 60 years of experience in the industry and a presence in 25 countries.
– We’re delighted that Igepa Polska, our long-term partner, has once again trusted us and chosen to expand to a new location. Our modern logistics complex offers high-quality spaces tailored to the needs of fast-growing businesses. Providing flexible and sustainable solutions that support our tenants’ growth is essential to us. We believe the new space, which includes both warehouse areas and modern offices with a showroom, will help Igepa Polska further optimize its operations and drive business growth – said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group S.A.
– We would like to thank our long-term partner, MLP, for their professional, comprehensive, and dedicated approach to the entire project. We particularly appreciate the very efficient and substantive communication, as well as their focus on understanding and adapting to our needs throughout the entire process. We are confident that the flexibility, openness, and partnership with MLP will help us succeed in this strategic development project, enabling us to provide even better service to Igepa’s clients and offer even greater value to their businesses – said Paweł Kacperski, CEO of Igepa Polska Sp. z o.o.
– We are pleased to have had the opportunity to collaborate once again with Igepa Polska in the process of relocating their warehouse – this time in Łódź. Thanks to the long-standing positive relationship between our client and MLP Group in another region, the appropriate location, and the ability to adapt the warehouse unit layout in Łódź, as well as the landlord’s flexibility during negotiations, we were able to secure very favourable lease terms for the tenant in this strategically important area – said Jakub Dudkiewicz, Associate Director in the Industrial and Warehouse Leasing Department at Newmark Polska.
The centre is being built on a plot of about 22.2 hectares and will eventually deliver 86,600 sqm of space. The new centre will be developed with sustainable development principles, and the warehouse buildings will undergo BREEAM certification. The MLP Łódź logistics complex is primarily aimed at tenants in the e-commerce, logistics, distribution, and light manufacturing sectors.
