JLL secures the sale of Božínka landplot in Prague 5 – EuropaProperty

JLL secured the sale of an attractive land plot in Košíře in Prague 5 on Jinonická Street. The seller was Premium Imobilien, buyer developer Ideastav. In the future, there will be a residential project offering 28 luxury apartments with 42 parking spaces for sale. The transaction was provided by SMI (Small and Medium Investment) department under the leadership of Pavol Bak.

Construction of the residential building started in September 2018, its completion is scheduled for June 2020.

“The successful actualization of the land plot sale went through a tender, carried out in several rounds. Thanks to the tender, we have chosen the best offer for the seller, and the client was able to complete the transaction quickly and smoothly. We believe that we have managed to satisfy the seller’s requirements and bring an interesting product with sufficient potential for the buyer,” said Pavol Bak, head of Small & Medium Investment JLL.

The apartment house will be equipped for the modern living needs of its inhabitants. The house is characterized by its cascading structure, which allows all apartments an unobstructed view of the attractive surroundings. Thanks to the large format of windows, the interiors of the apartment units will be pleasantly illuminated. The author of the architectural design is Ing. akad. The predominantly residential district of Košíře is part of Prague 5. It is situated in the valley of the Motol brook between Smíchov and Motol. It is surrounded by nature and many embassies, such as the Indonesian, Vietnamese, Congolese and Cuban embassies.
