The international advisory firm JLL has been selected as an exclusive agent, responsible for the process of leasing retail and office space in CEDET – Immobel’s flagship investment project in Warsaw.
CEDET is a unique project involving the restoration and expansion of a historic, modernist building from the 1950’s, located in the very centre of Warsaw on Krucza Street. In total, the investment is to consist of two parts – a revitalized old department store and a brand new building at the junction of Bracka and Krucza Streets. CEDET’s offer will comprise 15,000 sqm of office and 7,000 sqm of retail space. Two architectural studios, namely AMC – Andrzej M Chołdzyński and RKW Rhode Kellermann Wawrowsky, are responsible for the scheme’s design. The completion of its construction works is scheduled for Q2 2017.

For CEDET’s tenants, the scheme’s biggest asset, besides the prestige of launching an office or shop in such a unique and historic place, is its location in the city centre, with good access to public transport and excellent communication with the city’s districts and airport. Furthermore, Aleje Jerozolimskie, coupled with nearby Nowy Świat, which is popular among residents and tourists, and numerous hotels and restaurants, guarantee an extremely high footfall. CEDET’s retail space is available in different modules ranging from 67 to 2,000 sqm, located on floors -1, 0 and +1. All premises are directly accessible from the street.
