JYSK is set to open in the Mesto vstrechi Sofia (Sofia meeting place) neighbourhood centre in the north of Moscow. The shop, which is an anchor in the household category, occupies an area of 1,200 sqm.
Thanks to the partnership between ADG group and JYSK, residents of the Severnoye Izmailovo district in northern Moscow and other nearby districts will be able to buy high-quality furniture and household goods within walking distance from their homes to make them even more comfortable and stylish.
This cooperation between JYSK and ADG group was made possible thanks to the shared focus on common values, vision and strategy. Both companies see the comfort of visitors as their top priority and strive to take care of their needs and provide the best offering on the market.
“When choosing partners, we rely on the requests of local residents. Today the household goods category remains one of the most in-demand and it’s growing rapidly. We are delighted to be able to offer our neighbours a wide range of products at an affordable price and help them fill their apartments with stylish new items to create a cosy and functional space. We are sure that the Mesto vstrechi Sofia neighbourhood centre will become a local focal point, and the cluster of household goods with the JYSK anchor concept will become a place where people can always find all the necessary goods for the home,” said Olga Parshikova, ADG group project director.
The opening of the JYSK store in Sofia inspired ADG group to implement the overall Sofia for Home concept, which envisages offering high-quality furniture and household goods for residents of the district and surrounding areas. The neighbourhood centre will become a first-choice place to purchase goods that create a comfortable and cosy atmosphere at home, fill it with warmth and help to organize every single zone of an apartment or a summer house in accordance with the idea of an ideal space for life.
The Mesto vstrechi Sofia neighbourhood centre – the largest premises in the ADG group’s chain – opened on December 10. The GLA of the centre is 35,977 sqm with a plan to host up to 20,000 visitors daily.
