Knight Frank instructed to lease Madison Shopping Mall in Gdańsk – EuropaProperty

Knight Frank have been selected to provide exclusive support in the commercialisation process of Madison Shopping Mall in Gdańsk. Madison is owned and managed by Javin Investments.

Madison Shopping Mall was opened in 2003 and is situated close to the Old Town, the railway station, the urban train station, and the bus station. Refurbished two years ago, the mall has over 100 shops, restaurants and service points situated on 18,000 sqm of retail space. Also, the fitness and medical centres provide additional benefits for the seven million plus yearly visitors.
