The Wielkopolska Investment Support Center Ltd (WISC) has chosen the real estate consultancy Knight Frank to be the sole agent responsible for commercializing two locations in Poznan. One of the objects is Segment B, which forms part of the Poznan Technology Industrial Park (PTIP). The second one, called Za Bramką, is an office and commercial building and Knight Frank has been appointed also the property manager of the facility.
“The office market in Poznan is well-known to us. Knight Frank has actively participated in it since 1998. Thanks to local expertise and cooperation with experts from our other offices, we will fully cater to WISC’s needs. We are extremely pleased to have won such a prestigious public tender,” said Regional Director Maja Meissner who is also the head of the Knight Frank office in Poznan.
Knight Frank currently acts as the sole agent in commercializing four buildings in Poznan with a total area of 76,600 sqm, including 28,000 sqm of office space, and manages commercial sites with a total area of more than 100,000 sqm.
Completed in 2014, Segment B of the PTIP is located in the southern part of Poznan, just next to the Poznan-Lubon A2 motorway junction. The building can be reached with multiple bus lines which makes it well-connected to the centre and other parts of the city. The office building is only 3 kilometers away from the railway and bus station. It comprises of seven levels with a total usable area of 5,600 sqm. Tenants can arrange their offices both as „open spaces” or as separate smaller rooms. The PTIP is dedicated for innovative businesses from the ICT and electronic industry.
Za Bramką, WISC’s brand new investment located in the direct vicinity of the Old Market, is a key component of revitalizing the Plac Kolegiacki in Poznan. The building will be ready for use in August 2016. The seven-storey high commercial and office complex will have a total area of more than 16,000 sqm. Shops and service areas will be located on the ground floor. The modern A-class offices will be located on the upper floors with a total area of 4,200 sqm. These spaces shall include the adjacent green terraces with wooden floors. 299 open parking lots will be located on three underground levels and part of level 0. According to WISC’s concept, Za Bramką follows the path of a spread park – a technological-industrial park with its functions located in separate, non-adjacent areas which are attractive for investors and tenants.
