Lafarge Poland has renewed its lease for 1,400 sqm in West Station II in Warsaw. The tenant was advised of the transaction by the real estate advisory firm Savills.
Lafarge operates over 60 production sites throughout Poland, including cement plants, aggregates quarries and distribution facilities, as well as concrete plants. Its Management Board Office has occupied 1,400 sqm on the 13th floor of West Station II since September 2017.
“Workplace flexibility and having an office tailored to the changing needs of employees are extremely important to us. We provide a work environment, not just a standard workplace. That’s why choosing the right partner for the lease extension process was key to us. We were looking for an experienced agent offering a client-tailored approach and out-of-the-box solutions. Savills met all these expectations. We cooperate throughout an office project life cycle, from site selection and workplace study through to negotiations and space redesign,” says Kinga Hachuła, Head of the Management Board Office and Administration, Lafarge Poland.
The tenant was represented during the lease renewal process by the real estate advisory firm Savills.
“Lafarge Poland is committed to sustainability and green building in its business strategy. Unsurprisingly, driven by this imperative, it decided to stay on in its superbly designed office space. We are pleased that we were able to represent the tenant during the lease renewal process,” says Marcin Sabowicz, Associate Director, Tenant Representation, Savills.
“We would like to thank Lafarge Poland for its cooperation and negotiations which have resulted in the extension of its lease for office space in West Station II for the coming years. West Station continues to enjoy strong interest from tenants. Lafarge’s lease renewal is an example of partnership cooperation at its best between the tenant and the landlord,” says Krzysztof Marzec, Leasing Manager, West Station.
