Lindab a manufacturer and distributor of products and solutions for construction, ventilation, and air conditioning has extended its cooperation with MLP Group for another term. Within the MLP Pruszków II complex, the tenant currently occupies approximately 6,700 sqm of space. The tenant was supported in finalizing the transaction by the Knight Frank agency.

MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics centre located near Warsaw, in the Brwinów municipality, just 5 km from Pruszków. It is the largest complex in the region, with a target rental area of 427,000 sqm. Selected buildings have the prestigious BREEAM certification. In line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, photovoltaic installations are being installed on the rooftops.
