Linklaters advises Bain Capital Credit on a joint investment partnership with CORESTATE – EuropaProperty

Linklaters has advised Bain Capital Credit, a leading global credit specialist with almost USD 41 billion in assets under management, on a joint venture agreement with CORESTATE, a leading independent investment manager for real estate in Europe. The joint partnership, signed in December 2019, resulted in the acquisition of the first Micro Living properties in Gdansk and Krakow by CORESTATE for Bain Capital Credit.

The two properties in Gdańsk and Kraków are of the total investment volume of around EUR 73 million. An apartment complex in Krakow consists of the medical campus of Jagiellonian University and two buildings with 606 apartments and a total rental space of almost 12 000 sqm. A student apartment in Gdańsk will consist of 279 units (409 beds), with a total rental space of approximately 6,200 sqm.
