All the brands from the LPP group i.e. Reserved, Mohito, Sinsay, Cropp, House will be available in Galeria Libero, which is being developed by Echo Investment in the south of Katowice. The most popular Polish fashion giant will occupy prestigious locations and will lease nearly 4,500 sqm.
The largest area – more than 2,200 sqm – will be occupied by a two-storey Reserved outlet which will be located in one of the most elegant places in the facility, providing a very good display thanks to shop windows with a height of two floors. Other fashion brands – Mohito and the shops addressed to the youth i.e. Cropp, House and Sinsay, will occupy units with areas ranging from 415 to nearly 500 sqm.
“Our decision to open outlets of all the brands from the LPP group in Libero is in line with this year’s strategy of the company, which envisages extending the total area of brick and mortar shops in the best locations in Poland,” said Krzysztof Bocianowski, leasing and expansion director at LPP. “The southern part of Katowice is considered to be one such place due to its low saturation with retail offer and high purchasing power of residents of nearby estates. Assets also include the interesting architecture of Libero as well as amenities offered indoors, which provide tenants as well as customers with a sense of comfort.”
Marek Gładki, director of the commercialization and marketing team in Echo Investment’s Shopping Centre Department, said: “The contract with the LPP group is a very important step in the commercialization of Galeria Libero. It is also a proof that LPP, which is an industry leader in Central Europe, appreciates all the distinctive features of Libero, which make it stand out on the retail map of Silesia – its location, comfort and friendly architecture.”
