Luppo Puppo to open kindergarten in Promenady Business Park in Wroclaw – EuropaProperty

Luppo Puppo will open a kindergarten in the Zita building of the Promenady Business Park complex this November. Knight Frank acted on behalf of Vantage Development Group, the property owner, in the leasing process. JLL advised the tenant.

Luppo Puppo’s branch in Promenady Business park will occupy 290 sqm and will be the first location of the planned network of kindergartens. A nursery group for smaller children will also operate in the branch. Luppo Puppo also runs playrooms in shopping centres. One playroom already operates in Jelenia Gora, while a second one will open in Krosno in the end of September.

Promenady Business Park is an office complex which will comprise of 5 buildings with a total space of 90,000 sqm. The properties are located in the street quarter of A.Slonimskiego street, Trzebnicka street and the planned Cz.Milosza street. The first completed property of the complex is the Promenady Epsilon which was chosen for headquarters by companies such as i.a. Qatar Airways, Transition Technologies or Impel S.A. Promenady Zita, the second building, is home to such companies as Lindorff, HCL, Fortum, Si Consulting, Axiom, Eco Rail, mFinanse, Impel Security Polska, Impel Cleaning, OPM Facility Services and Management.
