Matexi Completes Residential Development in Warsaw’s Wola District

Matexi Polska has completed the Żelazna 54 residential development, located in the heart of Warsaw’s Wola district. The project has received its occupancy permit, with handovers to homeowners set to begin.

Żelazna 54 is a development that reinterprets the character of the traditional urban townhouse in a contemporary way, blending in with the architectural style of this part of Warsaw. The project comprises 141 apartments with a variety of layouts, ranging from compact one-bedroom units to spacious four-room apartments.

One of the project’s key highlights is the landscaped rooftop terrace, available exclusively to residents. Designed as a private relaxation area in the city centre, it provides space for leisure and social interaction. Residents also have access to an underground garage.

The architectural design was prepared by SAAW, while CFE Polska acted as the project’s general contractor.
