Matexi Polska Reports Stable 2024 Results and Prepares for Strong Growth in 2025

Matexi Polska Group has announced its financial results for 2024, reporting consolidated sales revenue of PLN 303.6 million and net profit of approximately PLN 37 million. The company highlighted a stable performance last year, supported by building permits for nearly 700 apartments and the launch of almost 600 units on the market — laying the groundwork for future growth in both turnover and profitability.

In 2024, Matexi Polska delivered 282 apartments to buyers. Over the same period, the company’s equity rose by more than 11 percent, reaching PLN 363.1 million at year-end.

“We view last year as stable and in line with our investment schedule. While results were slightly lower than in 2023, they remained satisfactory. We maintained a strong financial position and built a solid foundation for dynamic growth this year. In line with the construction cycle, 2025 will see a significant increase in apartment handovers, enabling us to recognise the associated revenues,” said Zofia Szymońska, Chief Financial Officer and Management Board Member at Matexi Polska.

In 2025, the company plans to hand over approximately 450 apartments with a total value of around PLN 500 million. By August, more than 200 units had already been delivered to clients.

Matexi Polska expects that increased operational activity and the completion of scheduled handovers will significantly boost its financial performance in the second half of the year.
