Mebe Development has received the certificate of ownership for Mebe One Khimki Plaza, an A+ Class office building located in the first line of Leningrad Highway and 1.5 km from the Moscow Ring Road.

Mebe One Khimki Plaza was delivered in January. The tenants will be able to move into the new high-class office by Q2 2014. Knight Frank is the exclusive marketing and leasing agent of the property.
