MHP Consulting Romania is consolidating their regional presence, opening a new office in Timisoara – EuropaProperty

After signing a leasing contract for relocating their headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, MHP Consulting Romania is opening a new office in Vox Technology Park in Timisoara. The company was assisted in both transactions by the real estate consultancy company Griffes.

MHP Consulting Romania is part of MHP Group, a subsidiary of Porsche AG. The company has been present in Romania since 2014, having an office in Cluj-Napoca and over 400 employees. Starting this year, they are extending their operations, leasing 320 sqm in Vox Technology Park in Timisoara.

Vox Technology Park features over 26,000 sqm office spaces and an exquisite architecture, in accordance to the latest standards of safety and quality. The project offers unique features, such as biometric identification through an application that generates a QR code key after facial recognition or fingerprint recognition, as well as competitive advantages for employees such as the most performing sports hall in Timisoara, to be opened this fall, a food court, co-working and conference spaces, as well as commercial and service spaces.

The growing high-tech community in Vox Technology Park benefits from the greenest building in Romania, with large flexible floor plates, located only 6 minutes from the city centre.
