MLP Business Park Vienna attracts more tenants

MLP Group has signed two new lease agreements for its flagship project in Vienna, covering a total of 6,700 sqm of modern space. The new tenants include a company from the Facility Management sector and a company affiliated with a trampoline park operator, which plans to launch an innovative family entertainment concept in Austria.

One of the new tenants is Demetra GmbH, a Vienna-based company specializing in comprehensive Facility Management services. The company has leased 1,900 sqm of modern space, with 1,500 sqm allocated for warehouse operations and 400 sqm designated for office and social facilities. Demetra GmbH plans to commence operations at the new facility in mid-2025.

The second tenant is Activeon, a company belonging to the renowned JUMP House Holding GmbH group, a market leader in trampoline parks in Germany. The company has leased 4,800 sqm of space and plans to open an innovative entertainment complex in Vienna in 2025.

The transaction was facilitated by the brokerage firms OTTO Immobilien and OSWALD Immobilien.
